Payment

Nalu Performance accepts major payment methods offered during checkout, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment providers. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

Order Cancellation

Orders canceled during processing and prior to shipment may be subject to a 20% cancellation/restocking fee.

If an order has already shipped, the order will fall under the Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping & Freight

Most in-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Tracking information will be provided once the shipment has been processed.

Freight shipments are subject to additional delivery requirements. The buyer is responsible for verifying delivery address accessibility, confirming whether the delivery location is commercial or residential, arranging liftgate service if required, and inspecting all freight shipments upon delivery. Any additional carrier-assessed fees including but not limited to residential delivery surcharges, liftgate fees, limited access fees, or redelivery charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Nalu Performance is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Cross-Border & International Shipments

All international shipments are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place, formerly DDU — Delivered Duty Unpaid). Quoted shipping charges do not include import duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, taxes, or any other government-imposed charges applicable upon entry into the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

The buyer is responsible for selecting and managing their own freight broker or customs agent where applicable. Nalu Performance is not responsible for any fees, delays, holds, or issues arising from the buyer's freight broker or customs clearance process. If additional fees are incurred as a result of the buyer's freight broker or customs agent failing to properly process, clear, or handle the shipment — including but not limited to storage fees, customs holds, return freight, or redelivery charges — the buyer agrees to be invoiced for and promptly pay all such fees. Nalu Performance reserves the right to pursue collection of any unpaid fees through available legal remedies.

Returns & Refunds

All returns must be approved by Nalu Performance prior to being shipped back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Approved returns must have valid return tracking information submitted within five (5) business days of return authorization approval unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Returned items must be received in the same condition as sold and may not show evidence of installation, disassembly, misuse, overheating, contamination, modification, abuse, or physical damage.

Refunds, if approved, may be subject to restocking fees, shipping deductions, or partial refund adjustments.

Used & OEM Components

Used transmissions and drivetrain components sold by Nalu Performance are sourced from running and driving donor vehicles unless otherwise stated. Mileage and condition representations are based on information available at the time of sale. Donor vehicle VIN documentation is available upon request after payment has been received. Nalu Performance makes no representation beyond what is specifically stated on the product page or invoice.

Warranty

Warranty coverage varies depending on the product and application. Certain products sold by Nalu Performance may carry a manufacturer warranty provided directly by the original manufacturer or supplier.

Nalu Performance does not manufacture all products sold and is not responsible for manufacturer defects, software limitations, tuning-related issues, unsupported applications, improper installation, or third-party modifications unless otherwise stated in writing.

Custom swap, standalone ECU/TCU, tuned, racing, drifting, modified, or non-OEM applications may carry limited or no warranty coverage.

Warranty coverage for used components is limited to the terms specifically listed on the product page or invoice.

Limitation of Liability

Nalu Performance shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including, but not limited to, labor costs, vehicle downtime, towing, rental expenses, loss of use, lost profits, damage to other components, or damage resulting from the installation or use of products sold.

Buyer Responsibility

The buyer is solely responsible for verifying compatibility, fitment, tuning requirements, supporting modifications, and proper installation prior to purchase and use.

Performance and tuning products may require professional installation, calibration, fabrication, wiring, tuning, or additional supporting components depending on the application.

Changes to Terms

Nalu Performance reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this website or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from purchases made through Nalu Performance shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any claim or dispute arising from purchases made through Nalu Performance shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith communication between both parties prior to formal legal action.

By purchasing from Nalu Performance, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
