Refund policy
Returns
All returns must be approved by Nalu Performance prior to being shipped back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
To initiate a return, contact us directly to request a Return Authorization (RA). Once approved, valid return tracking information must be submitted within five (5) business days of return authorization approval unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Returned items must be received in the same condition as sold and may not show evidence of installation, disassembly, misuse, overheating, contamination, modification, abuse, or physical damage.
Refunds
Refunds, if approved, may be subject to restocking fees, shipping deductions, or partial refund adjustments.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Order Cancellations
Orders canceled during processing and prior to shipment may be subject to a 20% cancellation/restocking fee. If an order has already shipped, the order will fall under this Return & Refund Policy.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items showing evidence of installation, use, or modification
- Special-order or custom-configured components
- Electrical components once installed
- Items sold as final sale
Used & OEM Components
Used transmissions and drivetrain components are sold in as-described condition based on information available at the time of sale. Any warranty claims for used components are subject to the terms listed on the product page or invoice.
