About Nalu Performance

Nalu Performance specializes in ZF 8HP transmissions and the parts that go with them. We sell used 8HP transmissions, adapters, mounts, controllers, shifters, cooling components and fluids, and we help builders put together a complete 8HP swap from one place. We are based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Verified. Inspected. Documented.

Every transmission we sell is VIN verified to its donor vehicle, sourced from a running and driving vehicle, and not sourced from a fire or flood vehicle. Each unit is inspected for case, connector, shaft and mounting damage, with fluid and overall condition checked. A torque converter is included where applicable. Premium, Preferred and Value units all go through the same process.

An 8HP swap involves more than the transmission. Our Spec Your 8HP Swap planner lays out the transmission, adapter, mount, controller, shifter, cooling and fluid for your build, shows what a kit already includes, and lets you send the plan to us to confirm fitment before you buy.
