Nalu Performance transmissions are carefully sourced used OEM units removed from running and driving donor vehicles unless otherwise stated. Each unit is visually inspected prior to sale.

Direct replacement applications include a 60-Day Part-Only Limited Warranty covering internal mechanical failure under normal operating conditions.

Custom swap, standalone ECU/TCU, tuned, modified, racing, drifting, or non-OEM applications include a 30-Day Startup Guarantee only.

Warranty coverage is limited to replacement of the original transmission or store credit at the sole discretion of Nalu Performance. Labor, shipping, fluids, programming, tuning, diagnostics, towing, rental expenses, vehicle downtime, and any related costs are not covered.

Warranty does not apply to damage or failure caused by improper installation, incorrect fluid type or level, overheating, contaminated coolers or lines, tuning/calibration issues, abuse, neglect, competition use, or power levels exceeding OEM design limitations.

Buyer is responsible for confirming fitment and compatibility prior to purchase. Any warranty claim may require proof of proper installation and supporting documentation.

Return Shipping: All return shipping costs associated with warranty claims are the sole responsibility of the buyer, regardless of destination. Nalu Performance does not cover inbound freight, and for international returns, duties, customs fees, and brokerage charges are also the buyer's responsibility. Warranty replacements shipped internationally are subject to DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.
