The flanges are 3\/8\" thick laser cut stainless steel. The headers are welded at the flanges, the inside of the ports are hand ground for maximum flow, and the flanges are machined flat after welding is complete. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe collectors feature full flow construction with internal scavenging spikes for maximum performance. The headers include new gaskets and bolts for attachment to your cylinder heads. These headers are custom made for the 350Z \/ G35 engine bay and are designed to fit perfectly when using the LOJ Conversions 350Z \/ G35 Engine Swap Kits!! \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThese headers carry a \u003cstrong\u003eLIFETIME WARRANTY\u003c\/strong\u003e to the original purchaser covered by Kooks.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThere are TWO modifications to the car \u003cstrong\u003eREQUIRED\u003c\/strong\u003e for the fitment of these headers. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe clutch line tab on the drivers framerail must be removed and the factory line rerouted, or a one piece stainless brake line fitted.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe fuel line on the passenger framerail must be bent out of the way and rerouted to clear the header. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eBoth of these modifications are required for additional clearance. The Hemi is a large engine, and while we made every attempt to negate these modifications, it simply  ended up being required for ample clearance to both the steering column and the starter.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe optional connection pipes will allow these headers to connect to any stock or aftermarket Y-Pipe on these chassis. They are 3\" slip fit to the headers and neck down to 2.5\" to meet the Y-Pipe.
